Paul Terdal Paul has 20 years of experience in operations, product development, engineering, and IT systems implementation. He has worked with biotechnology, healthcare, electronics, and non-profit organizations throughout North America, Europe, and Asia to analyze and improve business processes, optimize supply chain efficiency guide IT system selection and implementation, and enhance executive decision making to promote innovation and achieve critical results. Paul has earned a BA in Physics from Reed College, an MS in Engineering from Brown University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management. |

Tatiana Terdal Tatiana has 14 years of experience in operations, finance, qualitative and quantitative research, economic development, and strategy. She has worked with high technology, biotechnology, consumer products, finance, non-profit, and governmental organizations to perform competitive economic assessment, design and implement quality systems, conduct market research, evaluate strategic opportunities, and manage projects. Tatiana has earned a BA in Economics and Political Science from Sonoma State University and an MA in International and Development Economics from Yale University. |
